You will not find tours like this anywhere else in the world! Get healthy, get happy, and see beautiful Boston at the same time! Adrenaline-pumping 45-minute indoor cycling classes that take you sprinting on the highway and climbing up real bridges – How awesome is that?!

We depart from the Sheraton Boston Hotel Tour Bus Parking Area located at 39 Dalton Street in Boston, MA. Please reserve approximately 1 hour for the entire tour. We warm up our legs to uplifting music as we pass by the Prudential Tower and Copley Place. The cardio party begins as we pass by the Boston Public Gardens and Boston Common. A motivational instructor pushes you to achieve great heights as the real training begins while sprinting through the Big Dig tunnels and then climbing up the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge. You will feel so incredible by the end of this tour – guaranteed!

Our fitness tours are being introduced at a low individual ticket rate of $35.00. That includes towel service, Poland Spring water bottles and snacks too! Please wear athletic gear, particularly sneakers. If you would like to wear cycling shoes, please bring them with you. You must be 4’10” to participate. All fitness levels are welcome. We provide complimentary gel padded seat attachments for a more comfortable ride as well. Only 8 spots are available on each tour, so please reserve your spot ahead of time.

Tours Available:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – 6:00 am, 10:00 am and 12:00 pm

Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 am and 10:30 am

Exceptions: Tour is booked out or blacked out dates
